Let’s liven the Winter season with a festive cake decorating class!
This class will be suitable for ages 12-16 as we explore the art of cake decorating. Our theme will be a “Winter Wonderland” with decorations of “snow”, winter trees, and snowflakes. We will explore fondant and how to work with it in making shapes for cake decoration, how to crumb coat cakes for a clean look, and how to use various icing tips to achieve the look you want.
Class will include: 3 hours of instruction and each attendee will decorate and leave with their own 6” Winter Wonderland cake!
Class will be held on January 31st from 2pm-5pm.
