Children's Cozy and Healthy Winter Baking Class Series
Join me for a winter wonderland of sweet, delicious treats with a healthy twist!
I will be offering a 4 part series spread out over January and February. Join for however many weeks you’d like!
Week 1 (January 17th- 9am-12pm)
What’s on the Menu?
Apple cinnamon oat muffins
Banana snowball muffins
Warm berry baked oat cups
During our time together, your child will learn about measuring wet and dry ingredients, the art of folding batter, muffin portioning and oven safety.
Week 2 (January 31st- 1pm-4pm)
What’s on the Menu?
Cranberry orange mini loaves
Pear and ginger warm winter loaf
Gluten Free Applesauce cupcakes
During our time together, your child will learn about using a micro plane and zesting citrus, mixing loaf batter and simple knife skills.
Week 3 (February 14th 9am-12pm)

Valentine Energy Bite Treats
Valentine’s Cupcakes
During our time together, your child will learn about making buttercream, tempering chocolate for dipping, ingredient cross-contamination, and decorating beautiful Valentine cupcakes.
Week 4 (February 28th 1pm-4pm)
What’s on the Menu?
Healthy Homemade Hot Cocoa
Chocolate Zucchini Mini Muffins
Vanilla Chai Mini Cupcakes
During our time together, your child will learn about stovetop safety, what makes cocoa creamy, whisking, measuring wet and dry ingredients.
Each class will include: 3 hours of instruction, a take home box with an assortment of the treats prepared each week, and a take home tool that was used in the class. Registrations for 3-4 week option will also receive a special gift from me!
All classes are appropriate for age 6-12 years.
Pricing is as follows:
1 Class: $45.00 (except for Week 3 which is $48.00 due to the ingredients needed)
2 Classes: $75.00
3 Classes: $120.00
4 Classes: $150.00
