Poiema Sweets is excited to be partnering for a second time with Benigna's Creek Vineyard
and Winery for a Fall Creme Brûlée class and wine tasting! Gather friends, family, or your significant other for a delicious afternoon of making creme brûlée and sampling some amazing wines.
Led by pastry chef, Chela Nolan, you will learn the history of creme brülée and how it pairs well with wines. Every attendee will be led through the steps to make the Classic vanilla bean flavor and will be able to choose a secondary flavor at registration. There will be some pre-made flavors available, so even if you don't get to make them all, you will have the opportunity to taste them!
The base class price of $45 will include the class and 4 take home disposable ramekins of creme brûlée. There are add ons at registration if you'd like to take home your own ceramic ramekin set and kitchen torch.
Flavor options will include: Maple pumpkin, Chocolate, and Salted Caramel.
